SpinOffice CRM App Reviews
I downloaded the program and found it works much like my gmail account. The only value I could see would be having the ability to search the left column of names to review the history of email communications. I can pretty much do that with a search of my email account. There was no evidence of reminders to follow up with a client or recording conversations efficiently. I was disappointed.
SpinOffice is smart, simple but nevertheless very versatile. Import of my contacts was very easy and I really love the option to link messages, files or actions to a contact via folders. After upgrade, I also made use of the possibility to sync my iCal Mac calendar, my iPhone and iPad. Overall, it is a well thought out application and worth a try!
I have been using this CRM for a month now and it has helped streamline my day, and manage my clients and potential clients with excellent efficiency. All I have to do is enter the company info into the CRM and it automatically imports all of my emails for each client so I can easily keep track of my clients and every email between us in the same application, this is just one of its many features. I will Definetly be purchasing SpinOffice.
I started with the 30-day trial of SpinOffice. It was simplier to use than SalesForce so we decided to give it a go. First, while it was more user-friendly than SalesForce, it still has a lot of bugs and quirks. While you can download your contacts from LinkedIn, it only puts the person, title and company in and it doesn’t stop duplicates. When we started with it, you could upload individual contacts from Mac Contacts, but they changed this about a month after we started and never told us. I ended up with several copies of my entire contact list in the SpinOffice database with no easy way of deleting them. There was also a period of about two weeks when the syncing stopped working. Editing was a chore as well. It is quite apparent that the programmers working on this are not from the US or Mac users because menus were not user friendly. My biggest problem, however, has been getting them to refund my unused portion of my one-year payment. I cancelled the software in April - only 4 months into a year that we paid for. It is now June and I haven’t been reimbursed. I wouldn’t bother with it. There must be some other CRM software out there that is Mac and iOS friendly and not as complicated as Salesforce.
Very useful and pretty smart
I see that it’s been a while since this app got a review, so here is mine. This was our first introduction to CRM and we really didn’t know what to expect. I have tried some cloud database solutions programs, but nothing that came close to matching my expectations until I tried SpinOffice. In the beginning it's hard to see what the benefits are, but invest time and efforts and you'll see that it's really a smart application! You just have to bite the bullet and carry on with it!
A great tool to manage your communication
All your business things can be organized very well and the best part is one can link emails and files to contacts and project folders in the database. Very helpful! And, great support provided by these guys! The interface design looks a bit old-fashioned, but it has many smart features. The anual price per user license is a bit high but is definitely worth it if you use SpinOffice on a daily routine.
Not a powerful CRM program

OK but cancelled it before the year I paid for
